EPOPACK, a Taiwan-based manufacturer with a contact office in Canada, brings over 30 years of experience in R&D and manufacturing to provide high-quality, sustainable packaging solutions for beauty brands. We specialize in PET heavy wall bottles, jars, and airless bottles, all of which are also available in 100% PCR PET.
Having operated in the beauty industry for years, we understand that customers seek more than just a container; they need a storyteller. Effective packaging tells stories and drives sales. We help you create a unique visual identity, clearly convey your brand message, and embrace sustainability—all at once. Let our innovative and eco-friendly packaging make a lasting impression and tell your brand's story.
Our core product lines include:
Since 2009, we've been dedicated to developing 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) PET options. Our PCR PET heavy-wall cosmetic bottles are made from 100% PCR PET resin, and any PET item in our product line can be optionally produced with 100% PCR material.
It was 2004, and I was volunteering at a local recycling center, a normal day until I noticed one of our own acrylic bottles on the sorting line. I knew we made them, and I assumed they could be recycled. I was wrong. When I asked why, I learned that acrylic, marked with resin code #7, was nearly impossible to recycle. That bottle, and every one like it, was destined for the landfill.
That moment changed everything. Those bottles represented 80% of EPOPACK’s business, yet they couldn’t be recycled. It was a wake-up call I couldn’t ignore.
Our mission became clear: create sustainable, luxury packaging without compromise.
Just one year and countless trials later, we did it. We created our PET Heavy Wall Bottles, which combines a premium glass-like look with full recyclability and durability of plastic. By 2009, we launched our first 100% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) packaging line.
Today, PET has become a preferred material for cosmetic packaging worldwide. BPA- and phthalate-free, shatterproof, lightweight, and easily recyclable (Resin Code #1). With its glass-like clarity and shatter-resistant strength, PET offers a smarter, safer, and more sustainable path forward for beauty packaging.
